Typically, once you decide on a purchasing a brace or when your physiotherapist or chiropractor prescribes one, we find the best brace for you, take the proper measurement and place an order for you. Although you will not need a referral from your doctor to be assessed for bracing, your insurance may require a doctor referral to fund your brace. In many cases, insurance providers require an estimate for pricing prior to approval, in which case, we provide you with the necessary documents to facilitate the approval and reimbursement.
We may also be able to directly bill your insurance company on your behalf.
