- Fee: $85/Private Sessions
- Package Fee: $360 (12 Sessions. must be paid upfront, non-transferable)
- Maximum Attendees: 8 participants per class
- Next program series start in September 2026
- An evaluation by a GLA:D Certified Physiotherapist prior to joining the program is required.
- The 30 minute evaluation fee is $85.00 and can be directly billed to insurance if you have physiotherapy coverage and your insurance allows direct billing.
- The cost of the program may be covered by private insurance or Employee plans as physiotherapy.
GLA:D Back Care Program
GLA:D Back Care Program is specifically designed for people who are suffering from chronic or recurrent back pain or the ones who want to prevent it. GLA:D Back Care Program is a 6 week twice weekly exercise & group educational program in a small group with the goal of teaching our clients how to gain control of the back pain, and prevent acute episodes.
