Exercise Video Library

Physiomobility’s extensive exercise library is created to help you with your home exercise plan. Whether you’re a current client or you have been graduated from your physiotherapy,  chiropractic , or massage therapy care, you will benefit from continuing your exercises. We want you to continue having access to the program your physiotherapist or exercise therapist planned for you.  Our exercise library offers a variety of movements to choose from. You can easily browse through body area specific exercises or movements. Each exercise group includes mobility, strengthening and functional exercises and comes with a detailed description and videos to help ensure proper form.

BALANCE & EASY STRENGTHENING EXERCISES

GET MOVING, GET STRONGER AND IMPROVE YOUR BALANCE FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR LIVING ROOM.

A combination of easy and safe exercises to improve your balance and preventing falls by improving your hip, core and postural muscles strength. You will need a chair, small ball and ready to have fun attitude.
