Exercise Video Library

Physiomobility’s extensive exercise library is created to help you with your home exercise plan. Whether you’re a current client or you have been graduated from your physiotherapy or chiropractic care, you will benefit from continuing your exercises. We want you to continue having access to the program your therapist or kinesiologist planned for you.  Our exercise library offers a variety of movements to choose from. You can easily browse through body area specific exercises or movements. Each exercise group includes mobility, strengthening and functional exercises and comes with a detailed description and videos to help ensure proper form.
