As temperatures drop in the season of wind, ice, and snow, bring back softness and warmth from within by practicing yoga. Winter is an extraordinary time of year to gather and hold on to your supply of energy using them up with ease throughout your day. This sequence is a gentle flow that creates heat to target and open up stiff joints and muscles. Enjoy!

Yoga also aids digestion, mobilizes spinal column, relieves fatigue and tension and detoxifies body through revitalization of internal organs. Yoga is proven to alleviate common conditions and discomfort related to daily life, relief stress and improve circulation, edema, back pain and Sciatica.

Private Session $85.00+HST
Semi-Private Session $50.00+HST
Positive energy, a bottle of water, small towel and your mat.
All sessions are done in bare foot or yoga socks which provide more grip. Wear comfortable clothing for stretching and ones that keep you cool.
Having light snacks 1 hour before a class is advisable. While we do not want you to be hungry while exercising, it is not advisable to eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before your session.
It is your body and your money. We want you to make the most out of your investment in health. It is advisable to attend two sessions per week.
Most of our workshops are free of charge. We may choose to take a small deposit which will be refunded after attendance. This is to ensure that our limited spots are being filled with people who are serious about their participation and value our instructor's time and effort.

We encourage all of our expecting or new moms to book a FREE consultation with our pelvic floor physiotherapist or chiropractor before joining a pre-natal or post-partum program.

Our instructors work closely with our physiotherapists and have extensive training and experience. We encourage our clients to consult with their primary care practitioners prior to joining a class if they have any medical issue, are pregnant or recovering from a recent surgery, injury or illness.
