The hip & knee rehabilitation program offered at Physiomobility is focused on exercise, education and return to normal activities. The exercises shown here are to help our patients with their in-home exercise program during recovery. The exercise programs in our in-clinic sessions are modified based on our clients’ progress and ability.
We offer similar pre surgery rehabilitation program (Prehab) to patients who are preparing for knee or hip replacement operation. Clinical studies show that patients who have gone through a prehab program and are prepared for knee or hip replacement operation recover faster and return to their activities with less pain & more strength.
