Video physiotherapy, also called tele-rehabilitation, is providing assessment, treatment and education using video conferencing for when you require care but can not be seen in person.

We treat: 

  • Neck & Back pain, Shoulder pain, and more
  • Knee & hip arthritis pain & stiffness
  • Rehabilitation before and after surgeries
  • Neurological conditions
  • Vestibular disorders (dizziness & balance)
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction

We provide direct billing for most insurance providers or easily pay for your sessions online using a credit card.

How does virtual physiotherapy work?

  • Book your appointment by calling us or book online
  • Tell us about your condition
  • We connect you with a therapist with expertise in treating your condition to arrange for a time that works best for you
  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive instructions as how to complete your registration & receive your treatment
  •  Most insurance provider approve virtual visits and allow direct billing, you will only be responsible for the unpaid portion of the treatment fee
  • Easily pay for your treatment sessions online using a debit or credit card

What equipment do I need for a virtual physiotherapy visit?

 

For a virtual physiotherapy session, you will need:

  • A computer or mobile device (tablet, smart phone) with an integrated camera or webcam and a microphone
  • Good internet connection that allows you to stream video

Wear comfortable clothing similar to your in clinic sessions and prepare a clear space to move around freely.

Make sure to test your computer connection, microphone & camera and be prepared for your session.
