Sue’s background includes a challenging 38-year career in corporate business and eighteen years of yoga practice and training. She became Certified as an Instructor in 2014. Sue was never athletic, yet she fell in love with yoga when she discovered it
late in life. Her personal transitions include career changes, two wonderful sons leaving the nest, retirement and discovering her own body’s misalignment and arthritis.
The yoga styles and schools she have trained in include Hatha, Iyengar, Bikram, Yin, Suspension, Yoga Tune Up, M.E.L.T, Kripalu, Isha, Annamalai University, Master Yoga and Ayurveda workshops. She would love sharing the best of all of these with you!
