As a recent honors graduate from the University of Guelph-Humber, Keiko holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology. On her journey to obtaining this degree, she also received a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and became a Registered Kinesiologist. In her time since graduating, Keiko has been teaching fun and engaging exercise classes for seniors of all health conditions, with a focus on fall prevention.
At Physiomobility, Keiko will be working closely with the physiotherapists to monitor and guide exercise treatments for all of her patients with a focus on vestibular rehabilitation. She also has a passion for helping out members of the senior population, to help them maintain their mobility and increase their overall quality of life.
When not improving the health of others, Keiko enjoys life to the fullest, whether it be baking delicious treats for friends and family, exploring the outdoors on hiking adventures, or cozying up with a good book.
