Dr. Jooya is a chiropractor practicing at Physiomobility. She is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and University of McMaster’s Neuro-functional Acupuncture program. She carries a double board certification in both Canada and the US.
As an evidence-informed practitioner, she uses current medical research, patient goals and clinical expertise to assess, diagnose and provide individualized treatment plans to her patients.
She uses various treatment techniques including manual therapy skills, chiropractic manipulations, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, ART, acupuncture, cupping, taping, spinal decompression, electrical modalities and rehabilitation.
She has extensive experience working with athletes, and patients suffering from concussion and motor vehicle injuries.
In addition to treating conditions related to neck pain, headaches, and back pain, she specializes in treating conditions such as, but not limited to: shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee, and foot pain.
