Clarence is a graduate of the University of Queensland where he earned a Master of Physiotherapy Studies degree in 2011. Prior to this, he attended McMaster University, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science. In his years working in the outpatient orthopedic setting, he has enjoyed treating a wide variety of injuries with a particular interest in neck, low back, and shoulder pathologies. He is well versed in post-surgical rehabilitation, sports and overuse injuries, as well as seniors’ care. He emphasizes the use of hands-on manual therapy and active exercise to help clients achieve their goals.
He has a keen interest in continuing education, having recently completed his Level 2 Upper Quadrant certification through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has also completed a beginner’s acupuncture course through Acupuncture Canada and a dry needling course in Australia.
In his spare time, Clarence stays active by running in long-distance races, playing recreational soccer and ultimate frisbee, and hiking regularly outside of the GTA.
