Carrie graduated from Western University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She values the importance of continuing education and has completed her certification in Level 1 Manual Therapy and Level 1-3A with Pelvic Health Solutions. Carrie has experience treating pelvic conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and perinatal clients.
Carrie is passionate about helping others achieve their goals by restoring autonomy and confidence. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to ensure that their therapy fits into their unique lifestyle. Carrie’s treatment encompasses a combination of education, manual therapy and individualized exercises.
Outside of the clinic, Carrie loves to spend her time outdoors playing ultimate frisbee and spike ball. She also enjoys trying out new recipes to make baked goods and sourdough bread.
