Alexandra is a Pilates and Essentrics Instructor. She is dedicated in helping others achieve and surpass their fitness goals while making the process enjoyable and educational. With many years in the fitness industry and counting, she is well versed in tried and true methods of exercise.
A long background in dance developed Alexandra’s keen understanding of movement and training techniques. After years of study and experimentation with various exercises she pursued a career in Personal Training in 2004, so that she could use her knowledge and passion for fitness to help others.
As a lover of Pilates and how eﬀective it had been for her own training, Alexandra studied and became certified to be a Pilates Instructor in 2008. She found her niche in applying her programming skills into group lessons. Her sense of music and creating an atmosphere for focus paired with a seamless delivery of exercises makes her classes original and fun.
Motherhood increased Alexandra’s own understanding of pre and post natal fitness. She is attuned to the needs of new mothers and how to help them regain strength and alignment due to the stress childbearing.
After discovering Essentrics, Alexandra began to practice and study this amazing method of exercise and became certified to be an Instructor. Alexandra is an enthusiastic advocate of Essentrics and her classes reveal this.
