Our balance and falls prevention exercise class is a small group rehabilitation program designed to help individuals improve their balance and reduce their risk of falling. The program includes exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as education on fall prevention strategies and techniques. The program includes fun functional activities, gait re-training & dynamic balance exercises to help individuals regain their ability to perform daily tasks without fear of losing balance and falling.
