Evidence-based, low-cost and easily accessible exercise programs for Don Mills & North York residents

At Physiomobility we offer low cost, evidence-based group exercise programs which are arthritis friendly and easily accessible. No matter what age and level of fitness you are, you will benefit from these small group sessions to improve your balance, manage arthritis symptoms and prevent falls while socializing & having fun. Our balance and falls prevention exercise class is a small group rehabilitation program designed to help individuals improve their balance and reduce their risk of falling. The program includes exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as education on fall prevention strategies and techniques. The program includes fun functional activities, gait re-training & dynamic balance exercises to help individuals regain their ability to perform daily tasks without fear of losing balance and falling.  The goal of the program is to improve quality of life and independence, and reduce the risk of falls and fractures.
