Pilates Barre offered at Physiomobility is suitable for women & men of all ages and fitness levels. Pilates Barre is an intensive workout that incorporates the elements of dance and Pilates. This routine elongates muscles and works them to fatigue for endurance, strength and tone. It is one of the best routines for sculpting the entire body and specifically legs and hip muscles. It improves balance and co-ordination and can burn a lot of calories without stressing joints. Pilates Barre is mainly performed in standing position and challenges core and postural muscles. The instructor may incorporate small balls and resistance bands to add another level of difficulty to the routine. This exercise routine is a safe and enjoyable exercise program for the ones who want to gain results without spending hours in the gym and using heavy exercise equipment.
