  1. What is a Physiomobility Gift Card?

    A Physiomobility gift card, gift voucher or gift certificate is treated as cash. Physiomobility gift vouchers have no expiration date, are not charged any fees against the unused balance and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (except as required by law).

    You can pay for all Physiomobility services using the Physiomobility Gift Card. Do not share your coupon code with others as we cannot block redeeming the certificate by unauthorized people.

  2. How can I buy a Physiomobility Gift Card?

    Physiomobility Gift Cards can be purchased online here or can be purchased at our locations.

  3. Can I buy a Physiomobility Gift Card for someone else?

    Yes, anyone who has the redemption code, will be able to use Physiomobility Gift Card to pay for services and products. You can purchase a Gift Card for yourself or for someone whom you care about.  When you buy a Physiomobility Gift Card, it will be sent by email to the intended recipient. You will have the option of personalizing it with a message.

  4. How to redeem a Physiomobility Gift Card?

    You can pay for all Physiomobility services using the Physiomobility Gift Card. Simply enter the coupon code during your check out in the field “Apply Gift Card”. The coupon code is case insensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.

  5. What if I do not have enough on my Physiomobility Gift Card to pay for my entire service fee or product purchase?

    If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the shopper must pay for the balance of the order using a credit or debit card. If the amount of the order is less than the balance of the Gift Card, the difference will be available to the recipient for future redemption.

  6. Can I purchase a Physiomobility Gift Card online using another Physiomobility Gift Card?

    No, You can only purchase a gift card online with a credit or debit card.

  7. Can I exchange a Physiomobility Gift Card for cash?

    No, Physiomobility Gift Cards can only be used to pay for services received at Physiotherapy clinics and for in-home services provided by Physiomobility.

  8. Do Physiomobility Gift Cards expire?

    No, Physiomobility Gift Cards never expire. Happy shopping!

  9. How do I check the balance of my Physiomobility Gift Card?

    Please login to your account and go to the “Balance” page, enter your voucher number and you will see the remaining balance of that card.

  10. Are there any fees associated with the Physiomobility Gift Cards?

    No fees, including inactivity or service fees, apply when purchasing or using any Physiomobility Gift Cards.

  11. Can I get a refund for Physiomobility Gift cards?

    No refunds are permitted with respect to any Physiomobility Cards, vouchers, and certificates. Gift Card purchases can not be canceled. The amount must be used against services and products in any Physiomobility locations.

  12. How can I add value to an existing Gift Card?

    At this time, you can not add funds to an existing Gift Card. You can purchase a new gift card and have the value of the old card added to the new card. This is can be only done through our front desk staff.

  13. Is it possible to return a product I have bought with a Physiomobility Gift Card?

    Yes, the return policy applies to the product purchased. The amount will be credited back to you by issuing a new Gift Card.

  14. Can I use Physiomobility Gift Card in more than one transaction?

    Yes. You can use it for several transactions & services/ products.

  15. Can a Physiomobility Gift Card be refused?

    Physiomobility Health Group & all its subdivisions reserve the right to refuse to honor a Gift Card/Voucher where Physiomobility suspects that the card or the coupon code was obtained fraudulently.
