Join Physiomobility’s fitness experts every Tuesday & Thursday for a 30 minute stretching, strengthening and light fitness exercise session.

Thursdays at 11:30 am: Strength & Conditioning Class

our registered kinesiologist will host series of virtual light fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels. 

Our kinesiology student will show less challenging modification of the same exercises for people who may have mobility limitation. 

No matter what your fitness level or age, you will benefit from these exercises. 

Get moving and get stronger at your own pace from the comfort of your living room.
