Hip Exercise Videos

Hip joints and muscles play a major role in keeping us mobile. Tight, weak and under-developed muscles can cause hip & lower back pain and affect daily life and cause sporting injuries. Weak hip muscles can often be the cause of IT band pain, patellar tendonitis (runner’s knee), piriformis issues, sciatica, and other conditions. The exercises shown in these videos are effective in preventing and managing pain and are designed to work all the muscles in the hip & lower back area while also increasing flexibility and range of motion.
