Amanda is certified Chiropodist from the Michener Institute. She graduated from Western University with a B.A Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and a diploma in Pedorthics. Amanda takes detailed patient history, footwear wear analysis, weight-bearing body assessment, casting for custom foot orthoses, footwear modifications, padding/taping, compression stockings and patient educations on a wide variety of topics. She has exposure to many types of lower limb pains, injuries and deformities such as; plantar fasciitis, Achilles’ pain, fractures, ankle, shin, knee, hip, and lower back pain.
Chiropody can aid in the prevention of injury and disability and promote proper foot health and overall well-being.
