The hip & knee rehabilitation program offered at Physiomobility is focused on exercise, education and return to normal activities. The exercises shown here are to help our clients with their in-home exercise program during recovery. The exercises in our in-clinic sessions are monitored by a physiotherapist and kinesiologist team and are modified based on our clients’ progress and ability.
We offer similar pre-surgery rehabilitation program (Prehab) to patients who are preparing for knee or hip replacement operation. Clinical studies show that patients who have participated in a prehab program and are prepared for knee or hip replacement operation recover faster and return to their activities with less pain & more strength.
