Exercise Videos for Breastfeeding Moms

New moms commonly experience neck, upper back and shoulder pain and discomfort. Caring for your new born baby means that your body will perform new repetitive and prolonged movements like lifting your baby in & out of the bassinet, bending forward for diaper changes, and breastfeeding.

Prepare your body for breastfeeding and more physically demanding movements even before your baby is born.

5 Essential Postural Exercises

POSTUR & MID BACK EXERCISE VIDEOS

We have compiled a video library of short exercises to help you get started on stretches, strengthening and paying more attention to your posture. These are exercises that women find beneficial in alleviating their new mom pains. Remember that none of these exercises should cause further pain or  and aches. These exercises are only a fraction of a comprehensive post partum physiotherapy program and are meant as a reference for our clients’ home exercise program and to complement their in-clinic sessions.
Follow your therapist’s instruction and if you have questions, book a consultation with our pelvic health physiotherapist.

Enlarge each video to read instructions. If you experience unusual discomfort, stop the exercise and contact your therapis
