• Providing psychoeducation and somatic strategies to improve resilience, mobility, and overall function
“My intention is to create a safe, compassionate therapeutic environment where clients can understand their inner experiences, release stored tension, build emotional flexibility, and move toward a greater sense of clarity, stability, and well-being. Through an integrative lens, I help clients strengthen the connection between mind and body so they can navigate life’s challenges—both physical and emotional—with greater confidence”.
