Cristen enjoys helping patients to recover from injury by assisting in tissue healing and restoring postural balance using manual techniques. She uses massage to treat a variety of physical ailments and to promote health and well-being through identifying areas of tension, and encouraging relaxation. Cristen incorporates K-Taping, cupping and hydrotherapy to further the benefits of manual treatment.

Cristen graduated from Everest College of Health Care and Technology in 2010 and has been practicing as a registered massage therapist since. Cristen joined the Physiomobility team in 2011 and has been an integral part of an interdisciplinary team effort for treating conditions such as chronic pain, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction, and injuries sustained as a result of sports, work or accidents. She also provides massage treatments for expecting or new mothers as part of our pre/post-natal care program.

Cristen lives an active lifestyle, is a mother of two children, three pets, and writes works of short fiction in her spare time.
