Exercise Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer
Vince is an Exercise Therapist at Physiomobility, as well as a certified personal trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. He has experience working with people from all walks of life, from your everyday individuals to elite athletes. Vince has an interest working with people that have special needs, and prefers to practice in a clinical setting. He is happy to be a part of the change in his patients’ development through stages of acute and chronic conditions; the road to recovery. He also trains individuals one-on-one or in a group setting, and often self-designs exercise programs. By designing specific individualized exercise prescription programs, he hopes to help others achieve their goals. He works closely alongside other Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other health care practitioners at Physiomobility to help patients return to their normal healthy lives.
Growing up, Vince has always been an all-round athlete, and a health and fitness fanatic. At a young age he found an interest in the wonders of the human body. Vince's passion grew throughout the years in various forms of exercise disciplines and techniques. His real journey began when he enrolled into the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College. Upon graduating in 2011 with an advanced diploma, he realized that he wanted to continue his studies. To further his knowledge and passion, he decided to enroll into Kinesiology at York University. There he graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor's of specialized honor degree in Kinesiology.
Vince sees the best in people and has a passion for helping individuals as much as he can, even if it requires extra effort to do so. He believes that with proper guidance, education, and optimism he can assist others in reaching their goals.
