Dr. Tannaz Mokhtari
Doctor of Naturopathy
Dr. Tannaz Mokhtari graduated from York University with a Bachelor of science degree in Biology and pursued Naturopathic Medicine at CCNM (the only accredited Naturopathic College in Canada). She graduated in 2003 and has been practicing Naturopathy helping many people improve their health and quality of life. She frequently speaks at community events and seminars to raise awareness and promote wellness. She is also a member of OAND and CAND.
She has been providing Naturopathic care at Physiotherapy at Don mills from the inception of our clinic and growing her successful practice. Her unique approach to health and wellness has helped many patients.
Her areas of focus include Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), digestive concerns and food sensitivities. She has used sensitivity testing in her practice for the past eight years, allowing her to further individualize patient treatment and promote healing. She believes many health ailments can be due to food sensitivities and regards it as essential to address diet and nutrition in her patient care.
